Do you want to be more memorable and confident in interviews? When you prep, don't 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 write your responses in a spreadsheet. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱! It will help you: (1) 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 It improves your delivery and confidence, reducing filler words like “um” or “uh.” (2) 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 It makes it easier to recall your talking points (without relying on your notes). Great post and reasonings Mattie Stremic. Another area that I always advise to look over/practice is our resume information. Sometimes, depending on the type of interview, they may ask specific questions about a resume bullet. For some, they have no idea what it was originally about, but if we can confidently showcase each detail and how it reflects on the company position, this can be a huge win for many interviews! Again, great post Mattie!

You posted at the perfect time for me Mattie Stremic. This morning I saw this post and practiced some talking points before an interview I had this afternoon and it made me feel so much more comfortable than just writing down bullet points!
