If you don't have a VA, you are the VA. To people who “don’t have time” or “aren’t making enough” to hire a VA, Those aren’t reasons why you can’t hire a VA, those are CONSEQUENCES for not hiring a VA. Every hour spent dealing with reactive tasks and daily mundanes is costing you time that could otherwise be spent on deep work and high value activities. Email management, calendar management, pipeline management, tech stuff, bookkeeping, content editing, prospecting…etc. Doing tasks like these might make you FEEL productive, but in reality it’s causing you to rack up opportunity costs in time, energy, purpose and profit. The sooner you delegate, the sooner you’ll reclaim time for what you TRULY enjoy doing with your time.
