Those who wait to lead those who are likely to be waiting until the end of time. For they are waiting on you and I. They will only form up their ranks when they are led by example. Hence servant leadership is that which does so regardless of those who follow or not and without regard to what it may cost them. For this inspires and encourages others to do what they ought. Never has the majority ever suddenly self generated the courage to stand against that which requires something of them without leadership. Even then the majority of people are never going to sacrifice their comforts nor throw off their fears and confusion to take action even when they have good and proper servant leaders. They have to compelled to do so by those who do and will. Think about it.your enemies surely have and are using this against you. If the authentic and true will not lead those who are not will surely lead all to their doom and destruction. Never fancy oneself a leader. Seek to be a good and faithful servant of others regardless of their position or your own and leadership will develop. A servant leader is self sacrificing. A true leader is not perfect. Quite the contrary. They realize how imperfect they are and how gods grace gives them the wisdom and understanding to lead despite them. This keeps them humble and teachable in all things. As for people so too for the nation and nations. Faith Wednesday: 📜 **Wisdom from Sun Tzu: Leadership and Integrity** 📜 "An evil man will burn his own nation to the ground to rule over the ashes." - Sun Tzu This powerful quote reminds us of the destructive nature of unethical leadership. True leaders build and uplift, while those driven by selfish ambitions can bring about ruin. In our professional lives, let's strive to lead with integrity and a genuine commitment to the well-being of our teams and communities. A scripture that aligns with the sentiment of Sun Tzu's quote can be found in the Bible, Proverbs 29:2: "When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan." (Proverbs 29:2, ESV) This verse highlights the impact of leadership on a nation or community, emphasizing that righteous leadership brings joy and prosperity, while wicked leadership causes suffering and distress. #Leadership #Integrity #SunTzu #EthicalLeadership #BusinessWisdom

Apostle Hastings Longwe's quote suggests that resolute and unwavering commitment to one's convictions—grounded on the word of God is a significant hallmark of true leadership. In the face of rules or societal pressure that can potentially compromise their integrity, genuine leaders do not falter. They remain steadfast, drawing strength and guidance from the word of God. This standpoint emphasizes virtue ethics in leadership, where moral character, rather than rules or consequences, is the primary focus. These leaders live by an internal compass, often set by the word of God rather than conforming to the transient external norms. #leadership, #MoralLeadership, #character, #Conviction, #mindsetcoach, #WordOfGod, #God, #successtips, #leadershiplegacy @followers

“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1) This verse reveals powerful truths about God’s character that can transform how we lead and show up in our work. God is: - **Visionary**: He saw what could be and brought it into existence. Great leaders cast vision and inspire others to believe in what’s possible. - **Purposeful**: Nothing in creation was random; everything had meaning and intention. As leaders, we’re called to lead with clarity and purpose, bringing order and direction. - **Powerful and Creative**: God used His authority and creativity to shape the world. We reflect His image when we use our gifts to innovate, solve problems, and empower others. When we anchor our leadership in God’s character, we show up with more faith, courage, and intentionality. We’re reminded that our work isn’t just a task—it’s part of a greater calling to serve and make an eternal impact. How does God’s character inspire the way you lead? #KingdomAlliance #FaithBasedLeadership #LeadershipWithPurpose #VisionAndFaith #PurposeDrivenLeadership #WorkplaceFaith #ServantLeadership #KingdomImpact #LeadWithIntegrity #InspiredLeadership #IntentionalLeadership

This is an unpopular opinion! It's a lesson I picked up from the streets—from careful observation of the leadership structures I've been close to. Here is it: Love people unreservedly. Pour into them. Build them. Give them opportunities to grow, thrive, and succeed. Invest in their potential with the hope that they, too, will rise to their greatness. But understand this: the human nature is complex. Some will honor your efforts, rising to the occasion with loyalty and gratitude. While others, emboldened by familiarity, may begin to take you for granted. They may mistake your kindness for weakness, your generosity for obligation. When that moment comes, do not hesitate to pull the rug off their feet. Sometimes, the only way to teach the ungrateful is to withdraw the privileges they’ve taken for granted. It is not an act of cruelty; it’s an act of clarity. It forces them to reckon with the reality that opportunities are earned, not owed. Leadership is about balance. Love people, but don’t allow them to disrespect your sacrifices. Build them, but remain firm enough to dismantle entitlement when it threatens the order. True leadership isn’t just about lifting others; it’s about ensuring they respect the weight of your hand. #TheBookOfWealth —OW #leadership #wisdom

In “Generation to Generation,” Edwin Friedman gives this definition of a leader: “A self-defined person with a non-anxious presence.” “Self-defined” does not mean workaholic. The mature leader takes full responsibility for her well-being and destiny. Like Jesus, she trusts the Father’s goodness, love, and sovereign plan. She does not look to other people or for her circumstances to define her. Responsible for her own being and destiny, she lives responsibly—even amid a culture that promotes irresponsibility. Consider Jesus’ practice of withdrawing from the press of people and the demands of ministry to commune with the Father, get perspective, and to sleep. Responsible for his own being and destiny, Jesus chose to get away from those who desperately needed him: those he could have healed, delivered, taught, and built a bigger, stronger, more powerful ministry around. Why? Maybe Jesus understood that more than skill, technique, or knowledge, courageous leadership is, most of all, about the presence of the leader as he moves through life. To presence himself well with people, Jesus recognized that a vital relationship with the Father, clarity, perspective, and attending to his very appropriate, very human need for rest and refreshing were necessary. Self-definition, like Jesus modeled for us, was the result of his commitment to maturity. I think often about leadership. I think about the leader that I've been in business, in my family, and in my church. I think about the leaders in authority over me. Today I have been thinking about the biblical requirements of leadership that we have for the Church. This morning I ran across something I had not considered as I studied 1 Timothy 3 I saw the words: "An overseer (primary leader/ pastor) must be... Temperate and Prudent" In a world where we are constantly drawn towards the dramatic and sensational leader. Where you gain followers by being harsh and demeaning and filming it, I'm intrigued that the Bible tells leaders instead to be self controlled and sober minded. In thinking about this more I realize that if you want a church full of people to live lives that are filled with the fruit of the spirit fruits like: Love and Joy and Peace and Patience. Or how about a church filled with people known for their Kindness and Goodness, their Faithfulness to the Lord and to their spouses. People marked by Gentleness and Self-control. Then you have to choose leaders who are Temperate and Prudent. As I seek to be the leader I was created to be, I'm evaluating how I react to my circumstances. I'm evaluating how I respond after I react to ensure I'm qualified according to this standard to lead. In fact, I don't just to be qualified, I want to influence others to be people filled with the fruit of the spirit! I'm praying for leaders in my life that model the same convictions with temperance and prudence. Join me. #servantleader #christianusiness #temperance #prudence #1Timothy3

#letter_to_believers_in_the_marketplaceLeading with Humility: The Heart of True Leadership.Dear Believer,In a world that often celebrates power and dominance, let us strive to lead with humility in our various workplaces and business places knowing it is an opportunity to reach out to souls and draw men to his kingdom. Here is what says 1 Peter 5:5 (MSG) reminds us, "All of you, leaders and followers alike, are to be down to earth with each other, for— God has had it with the proud, But takes delight in just plain people."True leadership isn't about lording authority over others or seeking personal gain; it's about serving with humility and compassion. It's about lifting others up, empowering them to reach their full potential, and creating a culture of respect and collaboration.Today, As leaders in various sphere of influence let's reflect on our leadership style and ask ourselves: Are we leading with humility and integrity? Are we listening to the needs of those we lead and seeking their best interests above our own?Let's remember that the greatest example of leadership is found in Jesus Christ, who humbly served others and laid down His life for the sake of all.May we follow His example and lead with grace, humility, and love in every aspect of our lives. Today shall be for us a day of unprecedented favour in Jesus mighty name. Amen. With servant hearts, ©Pastor Sunshine 10/04/24

LEADERSHIP THAT MATTERS TODAY. Understanding what matters to God and the People we lead as we drive impacts in our various fields of endeavour is non negotiable. WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT GOOD YOU BROUGHT FORTH TO THE ECONOMY, THE NATION AND THE PEOPLE WITH YOUR TEAM. If leaders at state levels particularly embrace this truth ...Policies Programes, Projects, Resource Allocation and Laws becomes mere tools for realisation of the specific Goods often exemplified in paced up and strong economic development, safety and freedom of the people to lead empowered lives. As a matter of necessity and objectivity leaders must be awake to the realisation that God has interest on what happens to his subjects saved and non saved. The earth has recorded many historical strides of leaders who started very strong but in their trajectories failed to stagnate their pride, the uncordial quest for earthly relevance, power and possesions and eventually terminated their potentials to manifest as true leaders and be the transformers of their Countries beginning from people and communites. The pedigree of deception that comes along with an innate desire to be who God do not want us to be in Leadership is confounding. What if your Leadership is iniquitous and you are not aware? What if your role in leadership has successfully seperated you from God and turned you into a disguised hard hearted criminal and agent of penury and destruction to the People you are purposed to empower and elevate. Today presents another opportunity to be a different Leader irrespective of your sector. Take it with gumption. We will be queried differently at the end of time. Lead, Develop and Impact in Truth. #leader #Leadership #AfricanLeadership #leadershipfordevelopmet
