Good series by Jeff Immelt. In addition to the comments on leadership and the energy market, I would highlight the following comment from Lorenzo Simonelli: "it's very important not to sit at home or in an office... I've always benefited from travelling a lot and seeing what's happening on the ground." So, despite Nationalism, Regionalisation or Globalisation latest biases, it is critical to be on the field, learn and leverage. 1️⃣ Go out into the field 2️⃣ Meet people and talk to clients 3️⃣ Have a real desire to learn 4️⃣ Meet, listen, talk, smell and feel the market! 💡 Allow knowledge and experience to flow around the world, regardless of the political trends of the moment. By the way, the series could be longer, Jeff Immelt, as those people are really good!
