This package is important for improving employee satisfaction and retaining talent and is used as an effective branding tool and recruitment strategy. Companies must consider regulatory compliance, budget allocation, and employee performance when designing a compensation strategy. Basic HRIS and Tools: Learn how the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) manages employee data and facilitates HR processes through automation and paperlessness. HRIS helps in employee data management, payroll, performance management, and leave, and optimizes HR processes by reducing administrative burden.
