The three words I guess I'd use to describe Mayo Clinic Healthcare or respect compassion. And some great teamwork. We have a lot of fun while we're here as well. My name is Georgina Bishop. I am director of business development here at Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London. I'm passionate about doing a good job. I come to work and I really like to make things better. Some are great troubleshooter. If you give me a problem, I'll go fix it for you. The thing I've been really impressed about since I've been working here in London is the quality of the service that our team deliver. When a patient arrives from a friendly smile at the front of house when you walk through the door. To any member of staff who will smile and wave and say hello, the whole team knows that the patient is in the building and their patient pathway is really smooth and I hope it comes across to patients that actually we all want to be here and we want to do our very best for them. We recognise that coming to a clinic can be really stressful for people and actually the compassion that I see the staff deliver on a day-to-day basis just makes you feel like we really live the values of the clinic. And to me, that makes it feel like a nice place to be. Outside of work, I enjoy lots of different activities. I go to the gym. I'm also in my local amateur dramatics group. I recently played Leticia Miss Prism in the Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde. Give us the line. Ohh. Doctor Chasuble, that would be delightful.
