Malaysia’s largest city, national capital and primary global lure forms the perfect setting for tourists and business executives alike as a consequence of a diversity which can take you down the most naturally eerie of caves one second, and up the most impressive of manmade towers, the next. For the visiting business traveller, some of these wider connotations and repercussions can be lost of course, but at eye level, the significance and magnitude of the city is every bit as striking. From the towering Petronas and Menara KL structures to the winding cultural offerings of the city’s Chinatowns and markets – and every world-renowned eatery and bar in-between – Kuala Lumpur really does have it all. #businesstravelmanagement #travelmanagement #travelmanagementcompany #destinationmanagementcompany #corporatetravelmanagers #corporatetravelcompany #destinationmanagement #riskmanagementtravel #travelriskmanagementcompany #travelmanagementservices #leisuretravel

Sarawak (Kuching) an unexplored Gem for Businesses in Singapore When I asked my friends or clients what they know of Sarawak, their comments are always similar. Either "Jungle" or "Nothing there". This is very far from the truth. Match Advisory and Services have recently collaborated with Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office in Singapore in the late 2024. Even before visiting Sarawak, we have heard many wonderful things about Kuching, Miri, and many more... Finally on the days to visit Kuching, my eyes were wide opened. Not only that the infrastructure was impressive (no pot holes or whatever), it is a well-developed city comparable to Johor Bahru, Medan, Batam, and so on. Even better to some extend. My first impression was safe, clean, and regulated. The population mixes in Sarawak also relatively equal between Orang Asli, Malay, and Chinese. Racial harmony can be seen everywhere. In addition, the city really welcomes foreign visitors. The problem/ challenge that I think Sarawak has is, underexposed and lack of awareness aside from Tourism. There are several industries that are booming here such as: * Medical Tourism - travellers from Kalimantan, Medan, Brunei, and other parts of Indonesia as well as China coming for quality and affordable medical treatments. * Retirement and Tourism -well above 60K people have applied for Malaysia 2nd Home Program and Sarawak is one the easiest place to get approval and also one most sought after. * Food Manufacturing - Sarawak has good infrastructure and competitive manpower wages, which provides opportunities to do manufacturing especially food with many available sourced ingredients. Condiments, Souvenir. * Souvenir Products Import and Events - we saw many potential products of souvenirs for example Sarawak is popular for their peppers, they have wonderful rice wines with different flavourings as shown in the picture from Rambutan, Honey, Mango, Pepper, and so on. If you are keen to set up a business in Sarawak, Match has first class network and insights. A bold or caring move... Should short term rental (STR) accommodations be banned in residential properties, especially those with shared common facilities? How effective or sustainable will this kind of measure be? Penang was the first state in Malaysia, and the first tourist hotspot in Southeast Asia, to ban STR in residential properties effective 25 May 2023 - mainly to curb nuisances caused by STR tourists to long term residents in such properties. That being said, we always warmly welcome tourists to Malaysia 🇲🇾 Truly Asia! Plenty of choices of conducive serviced residences and very attractive hotels with great views at a fraction of the USD$ only - enjoy your visit (be it for biz or leisure) and stay longer to explore the good foods & fruits 🍲🍉 + good people 🧑🤝🧑+ good places of discovery 🌏 = good value for money $£€ (for vacation 🏡 or selective investment 🏢) before property prices further recover or rise soon! 🤩🤗 #InvestMalaysia #ResidentialProperty #StrataLiving #StrataManagement #SustainableLiving
