Recently, I had the privilege of returning to my alma mater, Indian Institute of Management, Indore, for an enlightening interaction with the current cohort of the Executive Doctoral Programme in Management (EDPM). This opportunity to present and discuss SkinMinds was truly enriching, and I owe immense gratitude to Professor Jayasimha K R for extending this invitation. The session was a remarkable blend of sharing insights about SkinMinds and engaging in profound discussions with the accomplished senior executives comprising the EDPM batch. The exchange of ideas was invigorating, leaving me with a treasure trove of valuable insights to ponder. One particularly resonant theme that emerged from our discourse was the power of collaboration and collective wisdom in driving meaningful change. Witnessing the synergy among EDPM members and their diverse perspectives reinforced the importance of fostering inclusive environments where every voice is valued. Furthermore, the session underscored the ethos of lifelong learning and perpetual professional growth. Interacting with such a diverse and talented cohort reinforced the notion of staying curious, remaining receptive to new ideas, and seizing every opportunity for personal and collective advancement. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the warm reception and stimulating conversations at IIM Indore. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧 During my student years, I found myself in diverse leadership roles, from heading an ATV manufacturing unit to overseeing operations as the overall student coordinator at the IEEE VIT BHOPAL Student Chapter to starting my own startup. Each role brought its own share of challenges and hurdles, yet these experiences were not merely titles; they were crucibles of challenge and learning, shaping my understanding of how to inspire and guide individuals within an organization. Admittedly, there were moments of setback when my assumptions faltered, or individuals withdrew. This propelled me to recognize a constant need for refining my leadership style and shaping how others perceive me. Driven by this passion for growth, I took a bold step and applied for the Harvard Business School 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞. I am ecstatic to share with you all that my application has been successful! 🎓✨ As I embark on this new chapter, I carry with me the invaluable lessons learned from both triumphs and tribulations. I am eager to immerse myself in a transformative learning experience, one that will undoubtedly shape my approach to leadership and influence for years to come. And I can't wait to bring back the insights and skills I gain to empower the teams I lead in the future. Thank you for being a part of my journey! 🌟 #LifeLongLearner #HarvardBound #LeadershipJourney #newbeginnings #newcareeropportunities

🌟 One month into my PGDM journey at Welingkar Institute of Management, Bengaluru, and what a ride it's been (quite literally, thanks to the infamous Bengaluru traffic 😅)! Coming from Lucknow, adapting to this bustling city has been an adventure, to say the least. The first 21 days were dedicated to NEEV—our orientation program—where we were introduced to the theme of WECaas, symbolizing growth, much like the spirit of Welingkar. It was packed with insightful sessions from industry experts. A few standouts for me: ✨ **Ranjani Krishnan**, ex-director at BT Group, taught us the importance of self-awareness, empathy, and motivation for effective leadership. Truly inspiring! 📊 **Kishore BS** led a fun stock market simulation where we pretended to be brokers. Coming from a science background, finance has always been a bit daunting for me, but this session made it both fun and educational. 🌱 **Ganesh Shanker** from FluxGen showed us how tech and sustainability can (and should) go hand in hand, while **Parag Kulkarni** from Accenture made me rethink ESG – enough to make me switch to commuting by bicycle! 🚲 (Yes, I’m contributing to reducing carbon emissions, one pedal at a time!) 💡 **Chirag Garg** pushed me to think outside the box, helping me view challenges in a new light. One month down, and I’m thrilled about what’s to come. Here’s to growth, learning, and navigating this beautiful city (and its traffic)! 🚦#PGDM #WeSchool #Leadership #FinanceForNonFinance #Sustainability #BengaluruLife #LearningJourney

Hey connector, successfully completed 2 Day workshop of capacity building at "KGVK" Ranchi. I am thrilled to share my 2 day experience of capacity building workshop on April 23 and 24 . the objective of workshop is fullfillng the gap the workshop was started full of energy through Chetna and Baal Geet, enlightening activities . We began by setting expectations and understanding everyone's roles and responsibilities. We discussed four major initiatives by Piramal: Tribal Health Collaborative, Digital Bhart Collaborative, Aspirational Bharat Collaborative, and Piramal School of Leadership. We also talked about the difference between Aspirational Bharat Collaborative and Aspirational District collaboration approach. The workshop focused on hyperlocal NGO collaboration and last-mile convergence, emphasizing locally driven solutions. We explored the distinctions between collaboration and convergence, with case studies to illustrate. As fellows, we discussed common problems faced during fieldwork in panchayats, highlighting the challenges related to money, mandate, and manpower (the 3Ms). Here's a simple description of GPEC, GPCC, and GPFT: 1. Gram Panchayat Empowerment Committee (GPEC): A group that helps empower local communities by involving them in decision-making for sustainable development. 2. Gram Panchayat Coordination Committee (GPCC): A committee that fosters coordination among different stakeholders at the panchayat level to ensure smooth implementation of development projects. 3. Gram Panchayat Facilitation Team (GPFT): A team that supports panchayats by building their capacity, mobilizing resources, and promoting effective governance, thereby nurturing local leadership and innovation. 🌱what I took away from from this workshop: •Increase my knowledge of ADC receiver of service and ABC co-creator approaches. •Gained more knowledge about the collaboration and converence. •making understanding work of doers and enablers. ✨ Thrilled to share that our team, comprising Harshit Sanganeria, Vallari Naik, and I, made it to the National Finalists in the prestigious StratEdge 2024: Governance Challenge Case Competition hosted by Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Competing against over 600+ teams from B-schools across India and emerging as national finalists was an exhilarating experience filled with learnings! 💡 We tackled the "Uttar Pradesh - Road to 1 Trillion Economy" case, a unique impact consulting challenge that tested our strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Our approach revolved around: 🔍 In-Depth Research: We examined the successful economic models of states like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat, as well as international examples such as China, to draw valuable insights for Uttar Pradesh’s growth trajectory. 🤝 Collaborative Brainstorming: Through detailed financial analysis, we developed comprehensive 5-year and 10-year plans. The team’s collaborative efforts led to innovative solutions that balanced short-term gains with long-term sustainability. 📊 Data-Driven Strategy: We conducted a thorough analysis of Uttar Pradesh's current landscape, focusing on key sectors like agriculture, tourism, and IT services, to identify areas with the highest growth potential. 💼 Innovative Solutions: With the invaluable guidance of Rudra Sensarma Sir, we developed a unique implementation framework tailored to the state's needs. His expertise was instrumental in refining our approach and ensuring our recommendations were both impactful and practical. This opportunity not only challenged us to think outside the box but also helped us refine our skills in consulting, governance strategy, and impact-driven leadership. A big thank you to IIML and BCG for providing us with this platform to learn, grow, and push our boundaries! 🚀 #CaseCompetition #GovernanceChallenge #Consulting #Strategy #Impact #Leadership #LearningJourney
