🚀 Precision Meets Innovation with Our MEMS 6-Axis Force Sensor 🔍 Our MEMS 6-Axis Force Sensor is specifically engineered to measure the insertion force of connector pins into PCB holes, ensuring precise alignment and protecting against contact with hole edges. It also measures insertion forces between male and female connectors to prevent misalignment and avoid pin damage. 🌐🔗 💡 The end effector rotates in a tiny circle until the insertion force (Fz) is minimized. Once the pin tips engage with the mating holes, the sensor detects lateral forces and torques, identifying potential misalignments before full insertion. ⚙️ ✨ Our Key Advantage? We offer the world’s smallest fully integrated, calibrated 6-axis force/torque transducer with SPI digital output and temperature compensation.
