The market is off to a strong start this September 10, 2024 morning, opening up 9 points. We’re seeing a similar pattern as yesterday—starting weaker overnight, then recovering in early morning trading. As previously discussed, the market seems hesitant to break through the 3.7% floor. We briefly dipped into the high 3.6% range but quickly bounced back above 3.7%. All eyes are on Wednesday! With the CPI report and the 10-Year Treasury Auction, the market could move in any direction depending on the results. This could signal a real shift in the right direction, fueled by recent economic data.
