The Model Code of Conduct #MCC is a unique consensual arrangement to regulate the conduct of political parties, candidates, the party in power and the bureaucracy so that decency is maintained in public debate and no undue advantage is taken by any political party, particularly the ruling party during the elections. What is the Model Code of Conduct that is so often discussed, debated and debased during elections?
