🎄✨ On the 2nd Day of Christmas, my entrepreneurial elf gave to me…. A Conversation & Connection Talk! ✨🎁 When I first began recognizing the power of my words, my prayer became: “God, if speaking in this way is Your will, guide my thoughts and my tongue to do the work You desire. Position me in places where those most in need can hear and be impacted by my words.” Earlier this year, one of my secondary school big brothers, now a Carmelite priest, gave me the opportunity to do just that by inviting me to speak at Mass. His prompt for the talk was a simple yet profound question: “Why do you continue to come to Mass?” After reflecting, my answer (once again 😅) came down to two key elements: Conversation and Connection. 🔑 Conversation: Mass is an opportunity to hear and share in God’s Word in a space filled with other believers. That Word, always exactly what we need, reminds us that God is ready to speak and listen to us — wherever we are. The homily, songs, and even conversations with the congregation all work together to inspire and guide our faith journey. 🔌 Connection: Church is like a charger. When we “plug in,” we’re filled with soul fuel and strengthened by renewed purpose. Just as a charger is a conduit for the power source, church is our connection point — but the true source is always God. It’s also a space to connect with others walking the same road, building community with those who understand the joys and challenges of the faith journey. This talk reminded me that attending Mass isn’t about routine — it’s about renewal. It’s a chance to listen, grow, and align with the greater purpose God has for us. Whether in faith, work, or daily life, let’s continue to seek meaningful conversations and intentional connections to recharge our spirits and inspire those around us 🌟 #12DaysOfChristmas #ConversationAndConnection #FaithJourney #RechargedPurpose

A Story of Renewal: A Christmas for Humanity Christmas is often seen as a sentimental season—filled with gifts, lights, and traditions—but its deeper story carries timeless wisdom for all of us, regardless of belief. I recently reflected on how the nativity story could inspire humanity today. What if we saw it not just as a religious tale, but as an invitation to reset three key relationships: with each other, with the natural world, and with the profound mystery of life itself? For those who don’t identify as believers, Christmas can still hold meaning as a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. For Christians, perhaps this perspective offers a way to share the spirit of Christmas in a way that resonates with friends and colleagues who view the world differently. This approach isn’t about doctrines or dogma—it’s about seeing the Christmas story as an enduring metaphor for hope, compassion, and renewal in the face of modern challenges. I’d love to hear your thoughts, whether you celebrate Christmas or not. How do you find meaning at this time of year? Christmas Day is more than just exchanging gifts. It is a day deeply rooted in tradition, symbolizing love, generosity, and togetherness. Historically, Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ in Christian traditions, a day that has been observed for over two millennia. However, it has also evolved into a global cultural event enjoyed by many, regardless of religious beliefs. The tradition of gift-giving traces back to the Three Wise Men, who brought gifts to baby Jesus. Over time, this practice grew into the festive exchanges we see today, with family gatherings, special meals, and an emphasis on compassion and goodwill toward others. For families experiencing the complexities of separation or co-parenting, the holidays can be particularly challenging. At G. Best Husband Law, we understand how important it is to keep the focus on family and your children’s happiness. Our team is here to help you navigate these times with understanding and support. Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas filled with peace, joy, and connection. #ChristmasDay2025 #GBestHusbandLaw #ConscientiousAndCommitted #FamilyLawyerNearMe #FamilyLaw #FamilyLawyer #DivorceLawyer #AttorneyGabrielleABestHusband

🌟 Let's transform our everyday encounters into intentional connections that make a difference! Instead of just counting numbers, focus on building genuine relationships and sharing the love of Jesus Christ in our community. 🙏 Here are some meaningful ways to engage with purpose: Get to know your neighbors: Learn their names and stories, building true friendships. "Love your neighbor as yourself." – Mark 12:31 Connect with coworkers: Deepen relationships at work by understanding your coworkers on a personal level. "Let your conversation be always full of grace." – Colossians 4:6 Open your home: Invite people over for meals or coffee, sharing warmth and hospitality. "Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling." – 1 Peter 4:9 Share meals: Dine with those outside your immediate circle, fostering open and meaningful dialogue. "They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts." – Acts 2:46 Perform acts of kindness: Be intentional in your efforts to bless others with everyday actions. "And do not forget to do good and to share with others." – Hebrews 13:16 📿 Pray with and for others: Lift people in prayer, both inside and outside the church, inviting them to join you in prayerful support. "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other." – James 5:16 Seek community prayer: Organize or attend prayer gatherings outside church walls to extend our faith into the wider community. "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." – Matthew 18:20 Adopt community leaders in prayer: Dedicate time each week to pray for those leading in your community. "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority." – 1 Timothy 2:1-2 By consciously engaging in these ways, we can effectively share the message of Jesus Christ and create a positive impact in our community. #IntentionalLiving #CommunityEngagement #ShareTheGospel #FaithInAction #LoveYourNeighbor #BeABlessing #SpreadHope #LightOfChrist #l4congress

💧Step Forward and Be Available – Don’t Hide!💧 . . . Here’s a quick story from my church today that I’d love to share with you…. I’m a proud Methodist, worshiping with the Wesley Methodist Church, Agona Nkwanta society. After today’s service, I felt led to make myself available to the Reverend Minister. And here’s what happened… During his sermon, our new resident minister, recently transferred to lead us, shared a few guiding principles: 📌No one should be a stumbling block or cause discomfort for others in the church. 📌Every member should be actively involved in church activities—whether it’s weddings, prayers, funerals, or other events. 📌The church is going global. By this, he meant he wants the church to have a presence on social media, and he’ll need people to drive this initiative. 😳That last point really struck a chord with me. I felt a gentle nudge, as if a voice whispered, “This is your area—don’t hide!” I knew I couldn’t sit back when I had the skills to help advance the church’s social media mission. So, after the service, I introduced myself to the Reverend and offered my assistance. Right then, we built a connection. He was overjoyed that even though he hadn’t called for specific volunteers, I had stepped up boldly to offer my help. He blessed me and took my contact details to discuss the next steps later. It felt so good to offer my skills in service to God. P.S. : Now, what about you? What’s pushing you to serve in your church? Do you already have a role, or are you still figuring it out? Your story, just like mine, could inspire others to step forward and make themselves available for God’s work. Share your story in the comments! Kindly engage; Like, repost ♻️and leave a comment. #SundayTips #Weekend #Service #God #Linkedin #PhysioRoom

John F. Kenny said: Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country. Can I have your permission to alter the quote slightly? 😊 "Ask not what God can do for you but what you can do for God". As the new week begins, many of us may have already asked God for a lot of personal things. We have prayed and committed the week into his hands believing in faith that he can meet our needs... And he will! But let me challenge you to let your request(s) be about Him, because He needs you too. How? Someone once told me: "I hardly pray for myself. I pray a lot for other people and God somehow takes care of my needs". It was a casual statement because we were talking about the power of prayer. But I found it profound and it's stayed with me ever since. You see, we are used to the idea that asking means we always get to be at the receiving end. The great thing about making a request is that we can choose or determine who gets the benefits. There's something that God wants you to achieve for him this week and sometimes it means reaching out to others; being the salt or light that the world needs; using your resources to bring Him glory; taking up a peacemaker role; forgiving those who need your forgiveness etc. Would you ask Him to help you achieve something specifically for Him this week? Focus on that and you will be surprised! Cheers to a wonderful new week 🎉 #service #GodandPeople #eontruths

VERSE OF THE WEEK That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:9-13 NKJV) 1. Who is the true light? 2. What is the responses of the world to the true Light? 3. Have you rejected or received the true light? 4. What is the means for receiving the true light? 5. What are the benefits of receiving the true light? #Dailyverse #verseoftheday #quoteoftheday #truelight #lightoftheworld #verseoftheweek #family #familyofgod #weeklydevotion #samnetanel

The Sacred Messiness of Grace & Accountability in the CHH Community How do we, as people of faith, navigate the tension between extending radical grace and upholding accountability? In a world quick to cancel and slow to forgive, the story of DJ Evon News challenges us to rethink what it means to live out the Gospel. It’s about stepping into the sacred messiness of grace—the kind that is both undeserved and transformative—and pairing it with accountability that reflects God’s truth. In my latest article with Art Soul Radio, I unpack these questions, using DJ Evon News’ journey as a lens to explore: • The balance between grace and accountability. • Why God’s love is scandalous yet healing. • How we, as a community, can foster conversations that lead to restoration rather than division. This article is more than a reflection—it’s a call to action for the Christian Hip-Hop community and beyond. Let’s examine how we can embody God’s love in ways that create unity, healing, and strength. 📖 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gWtXtpnk I’d love to hear your thoughts: 💬 How have you navigated the balance of grace and accountability in your life?
