After attending Steven Bartlett's The Diary of the CEO in Adelaide, I didn't know what to expect, and it totally blew my mind; if you can see him, do it. I have learned so many valuable lessons, and these are some of them: ✅ You have 5 buckets: knowledge, skills network, resources and reputation. The most important thing is knowledge and skills because they are the ones that will let you reinvent yourself many times. ✅ Always keep aware of the details in your company or your career; this would keep you apart from competence. ✅ You have to grow your brand by being consequent and true to yourself; you don't have to be thinking of pleasing everybody. It is better to be transparent and you would connect with people like you. ✅ Be aware of what to invest your time because it is the only thing that cannot be recovered. Invest in experience instead of material things. (I'm so glad my husband told me to go; it was a superb experience) And so many more, but I don't want to spoil it for you.
