Assessment vs Feedback - I've used a similar approach in my classroom, building self and peer assessment into the formative processes en route to the summative mark. It is also good practice to use exemplars in the didactic process. I'm not sure about lessening the demand on teachers, though, as peer and self assessment require careful guidance. Nevertheless, the feedback en route to the final teacher-assessed product enriches learning and generates real ownership. #education #assessment #didactics #curriculum #teachers #transformation
