McKinley’s Post

Let’s Make This Thanksgiving a Time of Hope. At McKinley, the holiday season is a reminder of how much we can achieve together. Every day, we see families navigating unimaginable challenges, and the holidays often bring added burdens. But with your help, we can turn those struggles into moments of joy and connection. Our Harvest of Hope campaign goes beyond providing meals. It’s about creating warmth, dignity, and hope for families who need it most. A simple meal can become a powerful message: you’re not alone, and your community cares. Please watch this video to learn more about how you can make a positive impact on the lives of families in need. For those who can help, your donation gift will go a long way: $60 provides a Thanksgiving meal for a family of four. $120 supports two families in celebrating the holiday. $250 spreads hope to multiple families in need. This isn’t just about food, it’s about restoring a sense of belonging and giving families a moment to pause and cherish the holiday spirit. Let’s make this Thanksgiving brighter for those who need it most. Together, we can deliver more than meals; we can deliver hope. Thank you, Grace! I feel fortunate to be part of McKinley, being able to witness firsthand the profound impact campaigns like Harvest of Hope have on the families we serve. A warm meal is so much more than food, it’s a message of hope and a reminder that no one has to face life’s challenges alone. Sometimes people and families are just dealt a bad hand, it's so amazing to be part of this organization that transforms challenges into opportunities for families to rebuild and thrive.
