How can growing technologies improve your patient experience? I was speaking with Gina Ore at the Healthcare Leaders Association of Arizona conference and learning about a surgeon sending videos to answer questions about upcoming procedures. I thought this was a novel idea, but I explained to Gina that we could take it further. Using Relatable, which my friend Mary Kathryn Johnson brought to my attention, you could create an evergreen file with predetermined questions asking which ones concern the patient the most. Once the patient clicks on a question, they are "fast-forwarded" to the part of the video that answers that question. You could simply send this one file via email to every patient. This could be phenomenal for the medical industry and provide increasing levels of patient care. If you have more questions on Relatable, please reach out to MKJ.
