ＪＯＢ　ＦＡＩＲ　２０２４ 💊 Today, Farmaceutická fakulta Masarykovy univerzity with Pharmaceutical Students´Union brought employers, recruiters and student together to one place and that is Job Fair 2024. Pontential employees a.k.a. us students are able to get small gifts, ofc 😅, but basically have the option to ask where is their next step in their carrer. This may be the most crucial event in the life of every Pharmacy student, as this might be the only option where to get the opportunity to see that there are a lot of options for a future Pharmacy graduate. Often I see, that most public job fairs are more focused on business, IT and HR, although less on health management. Hopefully, our university will manage to continue with this event for future students. Today's companies: Sanovia, a.s. 3rd March 2024 | Sunday Chit-Chat Session with MCMC! Grateful for the enlightening encounter with MCMC's executives, Amirul Azrin Amiruddin and Haryati Suradi at the careers fair! Their warmth and vibrancy instantly set the tone for an engaging discussion that reshaped my perception of MCMC's role. Contrary to my initial assumptions, MCMC transcends mere media policies – it's a driving force behind Malaysia's rapidly evolving convergent communication and multimedia landscape. Their extensive connections with industry giants underscored the company's pivotal role in shaping the nation's digital future. What truly intrigued me was the breadth of MCMC's job scope. Beyond regulatory frameworks, they emphasized a holistic approach to recruitment, valuing attributes like eagerness to learn, humility, and hard work. This focus on cultivating a healthy working environment, evident through initiatives like weekly chills and sports meet-ups, resonated deeply with me. How much time is necessary to change our lives? It is hard to tell exactly, but everything starts with the first steps. 🪜 The second Job Fair from QALight partner of Palianytsia Foundation, was held on the 2nd of May. This event was for graduates of the "Future in IT" project, all of whom are making steps towards building a successful career in IT after an intense training in one of seven specializations such as QA Engineer, Web Developer, UI/UX Designer, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, and IT Recruiter. 🖱️ At the Job Fair, which was conducted online, participants had a chance to establish professional contacts, ask questions about job perspectives, and simply exchange thoughts. Overall, four Job Fairs will be held to address all aspects of employment and to ensure that all graduates are well-prepared for entering the job market.🏢 Organizations such as DataArt, Viseven, Infopulse, Eleks, Doctor Eleks, Linkos Group, Lobby X, NDA, and Palianytsia Foundation were represented at the Job Fair in May, allowing graduates to gain insights from experienced specialists with expertise in the IT field.👩💻 "Future in IT" is part of the "Professional education in Ukraine/Skills4Recovery" program, which is implemented by "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH," acting on behalf of the Federal Government of Germany.
