What we're doing here today is to formally open and cut the ribbon for the Biohub Maryland Training and Education Center at Montgomery County. This achievement didn't happen overnight. It took years of hard work, vision and perseverance from many hands to bring it across the finish line. We could not have done this without Nyberg. We see our global partnership with Biohub Maryland as being one of our most important, one of our most strategic partnerships. I came to Maryland because a foreign life sciences company built the US headquarters here in Montgomery County. And move me here. It's that ability to attract not only talent that's here and help them grow is to help bring that talent from places elsewhere. This is just the commitment to make investments. This cost real money, but we did it because it was an investment in Montgomery County future. I could not be more excited to be able to stay in front of this facility and see the opportunity for us to open this up and to train the workforce of the future. This center will help equip individuals with the skill and expertise necessary to drive groundbreaking. Research and innovation ensuring that our community remains a competitive force in the life sciences. We're talking about saving people's lives.
