MDUSD schools are closed for Winter Break through Friday, January, 3, 2025. District Offices will be open Dec. 23-24, closed December 25, open Dec. 26-31, closed January 1 and open January 2-3. Classes will resume Monday, January 6th.

New DfE data shows suspensions and exclusions are soaring. Permanent exclusions have increased for primary pupils by a staggering 58%. It is shocking that such young children are being suspended or permanently excluded from school.
