We officially began TLX classes by joining Thika One for their week One. The class is headed by Daphin Willeta as the senior facilitator, who is aided by six facilitators for the class of thirty members. The first week usually comprises Knowing oneself. TLX believes that for one to understand their community and the struggles that they go through, and for them to know how to work with stakeholders towards solution-finding, knowing oneself is the first step. This takes on the approach of understanding their SHAPE- Spiritual connection, heart (passion), abilities, profession, and experiences. who are you? What do you care about? Why are you here?
