Concerns have been raised over the potential health risks associated with bread consumption, thanks to saccharine and potassium bromate. Let me ask, do you know that pizza is essentially bread? But this is a bread with class, no saccharine, and no bromate. You know, Nigerians and local combinations like bread and groundnut or bread and coconut are like five and six, so can we afford to lose the awesomeness with these delicious combinations to the growing fall out with bread? Now, imagine bringing such combo experiences to pizza. Trust me, it will be phenomenal; a perfect blend of class, tradition, and crunchiness. What’s your nugget? How are you showing your value? Anyone who is old enough to have spent significant time hanging out at a food court in the heyday of the indoor shopping mall will remember the Chick-Fil-A nugget sample. For context for the youngsters here, Chick-Fil-A was a staple in mall food courts, and there was always an employee standing out in front with a tray of nuggets offering samples. The objective, of course, was to entice you to follow up that free nugget with a whole bunch of them that you paid for— and some waffle fries and a lemonade. A classic “the first hit is free” strategy. And it worked. Because Chick-Fil-A not only outlived its food court restaurant competition, but also many of the malls themselves. So, what nugget are you giving your potential customers? What’s your first hit? And, vitally, how is that sample proving your value? That last question there is the key. And the part where too many content strategies fail. Because too many marketers get the “give something away” part yet miss the “show your value” part. (It’s bananas that so many get this wrong. b-a-n-a-n-a-s!) Whatever you give as a sample of your abilities has to provide satisfaction to that customer in and of itself. This is vital: The SATISFACTION brings them back for more. Not the teaser. Chick-Fil-A wasn’t just giving samples of chicken… it was giving samples of its blend of spices and flavorings. That is what satisfied the taste buds and made you think, “I NEED more of that!” So don’t tease people with incomplete content. No “Here are seven out of ten tips, subscribe to get the last (and best) three.” Or “Here’s an infographic of generic advice to download; buy my course for real answers.” Give them value. Give them your unique blend of spices and herbs. Prove that you will satisfy them. Don’t give them 3/4 of a piece of chicken then charge for the final bite. Give them a nugget. Then sell them a sandwich.

This is Pastrami on Rye from @Katz's Deli in NYC made from beef. Why post? Because it's arguably the best and tastiest and that IS the mark. NOT being "cheapest" (it's $28.95/sandwich). ▶ Slow-cured for ~30 days smoked low and slow, hand-carved, and piled high between Rye. The tangy mustard flavor cuts through the richness of the pastrami (every great business needs great sidekicks). ▶ It's been serving these same sandwiches since 1888 - not focused on advertising the latest 4.0 burger tech upgrades. You simply can't shortcut greatness in the culinary world - it's doesn't pop out of a machine. ▶ Big applause to Chunk Foods and Amos Golan carving out (literally) a premium leadership position targeting steakhouses. Konscious Foods as well. These product are exceptional with tightly defined platforms. More brands need to be shooting for these high marks and that serve as positive halos for the entire category. ▶ There's room for everyone (i.e. Rebellyous Foods doing great things w/max $ efficiency with Nuggets) - but very be very honest upfront on where you are competing in the market or you'll get clocked with 90% of undefined mids all competing for mediocrity.
