A not so gentle reminder that you have absolutely no clue what someone is going through. Quick to pass judgment? Stop. Trouble being patient? Do better. Find it hard to be kind? Fix yourself. Happy Saturday, folks!

It’s absolutely true! Thanks for your advocacy, Greg.
It’s not just that I took both my parents into the town the other day 1 in a scooter 1 in a wheelchair cause obvs I can’t push 2 wheelchairs 🤷🏼♂️ Left them in a fish restaurant and went and got the car to pick them up at the door Felt like a fraud when I went back to the car as loads of people like looking at me Could see them saying ‘ He’s no disabled’ Don’t just judge
One of the best shares I’ve seen on LinkedIn lately. Life is about perspective. Perspective takes time and effort to diversify. It is easy to lose, in a specialized echo chamber world. Prior to becoming part of that graphic, I was blissfully unaware, that my perspective was painfully incomplete. I apologize to any and all of those my ignorance (lack of perspective) unintentionally impacted. Resilience and perspective are great tools to enjoy the ride we call “life.”
We all could benefit from a kinder world.
Well said Greg SF God bless America Let’s get back to the ‘laws of nature and nature’s God’ For those who don’t remember this phrase is part of the our Declaration of Independence which President Lincoln, an outsider, reminded his senatorial opponent and listening crowds that the Declaration of Independence was the golden picture which the silver frame of the US Constitution protected — that all men were created equal — not what new ‘proven science’ (eugenics) suggested that slavery was needed even god to protect the non-white races. Yes his opponent was a democrat and Lincoln lost the election in Illinois. Our education system did not teach me this. But you can read the transcripts of the debates.
I have to tell people I can no longer hear well enough to understand them if I’m not looking at their lips. Because it isn’t completely gone, I rarely wear a hearing aid. In aircraft I crank up the volume, which likely doesn’t help future problems.
Treating both colleagues and clients with kindness can make a world of difference. Be the good in someone's day.
