Hey Everybody. You probably weren't aware you were even connected with me, because I don't post often, but this felt worthy of a post. In short, I created a Non-profit called Poured Out International. It's a Christ-centered organization whose mission is to send those with a servant's heart into the mission field. I'll be maintaining relationships and dynamic lists of those who feel called to serve, as well as bases around the world in need of laborers. As funds are raised, I will be using my career experience in the capital markets to invest into safe, risk-averse investments. The return from these investments will be the engine that sends short-term missionaries out in perpetuity. I will be taking $0 in compensation. The organization will be run in a minimalistic way in order to achieve this. Therefore, every single penny Poured Out receives (processing fees are charged when donations are made) will be used as an investment that returns the capital used to advance the Kingdom. I'm serious about transparency and have no patience for opaque financials or 'catch-all' line items. Every penny will be accounted for and accessible to donors. Every account statement will be made public. Thank you charity: water for the experience and precedent. This summarizes one of the key lessons I've learned (and am learning) in life and work.

Declaring taxes in your own country, in your own language takes times and is no easy task, so imagine doing it in a language you don't master, that for some you don't know at all, with laws you've never heard of and no one to help you. I'm born from french parents in Detroit, USA, and lived there for 18 months before we all moved back in France. I don't know anyone in the USA, I have no family there. What's my reason for giving time and money to another country? What do I receive from the USA? For not complying, I had banks illegally discriminated me based on my origin: AXA Banques B to B closed my account, Lydia closed my account, Fortuneo does not let me open savings account that are supposedly open to all by French laws. Banks threated me with penalties for not filing the W-9 form. 9 million US Person are penalized by a law that does very little in combatting tax evasion, enables discrimination, has no reciprocity does not comply with RGPD.
