Keep your eyes peeled because it’s over in a flash (literally!) 👀🌟 Excited to share some old (and very quick) snapshots of the visual identity for Studio 12, a fictional homeware/living brand who curate vintage furniture and handmade goods. It’s a collaboration between history and modernity, up cycling timeless pieces of furniture to find a new home in the present day. The visual identity focuses on the union of past and present, through combining typefaces, and implementing historic design silhouettes. #visualidentity #graphicdesign

Recently, I have been busy designing a set of autumn and winter series. Walking on the streets every day, observing the pedestrians' outfits and natural changes, I have a lot of new inspirations: the gradient colors of fallen leaves, the reflections on the streets after rain, and even the warm tones of a cup of hot coffee, all make me think about how to incorporate these elements into clothing design. Design has never been just art, it is also a language to express lifestyle. Behind every stitch and every thread, there is a shadow of life. What are the "little moments" that make people feel moved in your daily life? Welcome to share! #Clothing Design #Design Inspiration #Life Aesthetics #Creativity and Inspiration

As the SS seasons approach, various #pattern styles such as plant silhouettes, folk floral prints, and island vibes are being incorporated into the development of knitted sweaters for added #inspiration!🌼 Plant Silhouettes: Emphasizing the use of color and layering, with strong contrasts in tone, employing silhouette #techniques to express the vitality and liveliness of floral branches, allowing one to feel the allure of creating art. Folk Floral Prints: Utilizing folk botanical flowers with youthful and vibrant color schemes, presenting rich layers and harmonious ratios in color, enhancing the overall sense of fashion and providing unique visual enjoyment. 🖼 🏝 Island Vibes: Building upon floral patterns and integrating elements of graffiti art to create distinctive pattern effects. These patterns may include abstract flowers, freely drawn botanical leaves, graffiti-style lines, and fragmented patterns, evoking a modern and fashionable atmosphere. Fashion's response is not defined. Exciting news in the world of textiles! Skopos Fabrics has unveiled its latest Skopos Studio collection, a brilliant tapestry of past and present designs. This collection is a testament to Skopos's over 50 years of expertise in print, featuring an array of stunning patterns that celebrate individuality rather than dictate coordination. From the lush botanical themes of "Eve" to the bold maximalist jungle visuals of "Crusoe," and the abstract painterly expressions of "Cubist," every fabric tells its own story. This approach empowers designers and specifiers to mix and match these unique prints creatively, allowing their personal touch to shine through. Reflecting on my own experiences, I've often found that textiles can transform a space in ways that echo both aesthetics and functionality. The right fabric not only adds color but also character to a project. For designers, how do you choose fabrics that evoke emotion while fitting the overall vision? What has been your favorite textile project to date? Let’s explore the unique ways you might use the Skopos Studio collection in your upcoming designs! 🌟 #rendimension #hugoramirezarchitect #renderings #vrtraining www.rendimension.com Full article "Skopos Studio fabrics by Skopos Fabrics" Link: https://lnkd.in/gUiieDv7

✨ *Exploring the Rise of Cluttercore in Design* ✨ The "Cluttercore" trend is here, and it’s bringing bold, maximalist energy to home decor, fashion, and packaging! Far from minimalism, Cluttercore celebrates personal expression through intentionally curated “clutter” that reflects personality, nostalgia, and uniqueness. Here’s how this cozy chaos is reshaping different design arenas: 🖼 **Home Decor**: Living spaces become galleries filled with items like eclectic artwork, plants, and vintage keepsakes, creating a “lived-in” look that reflects individuality. It’s about collecting rather than decorating—each item tells a story. 👗 **Fashion**: In style, Cluttercore translates to layered outfits, mixing prints, colors, and textures. Think of it as wearable nostalgia where chunky jewelry, embroidered fabrics, and mismatched pieces make a statement. 📦 **Packaging**: Brands are embracing Cluttercore in packaging through intricate designs and layered textures that stand out on shelves. From vibrant color palettes to nostalgic typography, packaging inspired by this trend conveys warmth and personality. In a world craving connection and authenticity, Cluttercore reminds us that it’s okay to celebrate our quirks and memories. Ready to embrace the charm of “organized chaos”? #Cluttercore #DesignTrends #Maximalism

At first thought, the notion of shooting in a furniture showroom sounded like a bad idea. I mean, all the furniture showrooms I've been to are wide open spaces with people walking around and sitting everywhere with desks and chairs stacked on top of each other. Not ideal for a branded lifestyle portrait session. And then I walked thru the Steelcase Showroom doors. It was a visual candy store - an ideal space for Cathy Dolan to conduct her session! In 2 hours, we created a brand new image portfolio full of candid lifestyle portraits, headshots and other looking-into-the-camera portraits. With the combination of her outfits, activity in front of the camera, juicy location and, most importantly, the various facial expressions on her face, it made for one delicious photo session that included a ton of visual variety from photo-to-photo. Long story short, as long as the shoot location has a decor, tone and vibe that compliments your own, it's the ideal place to shoot - regardless of pre-conceived notions! PS - Time to refresh your own images? If so, let’s talk and see if we’re a fit to work together on solving that challenge. Festive design is all about finding the right balance between tradition and modern creativity. Here are a few trends we’ve loved seeing (and using) this year: Minimalist Festivity: Clean designs with subtle holiday elements, like muted colours and metallic accents, are proving that less can be more. Vintage Nostalgia: Retro-inspired designs with classic fonts, warm tones, and old-fashioned imagery are bringing a cosy, familiar feel. Bold and Playful: Bright colours, oversized patterns, and fun illustrations are making holiday designs feel fresh, energetic, and joyful. These trends offer something for everyone, whether you’re going for timeless elegance or a bit of festive fun. #JosephCreative #HolidayDesign #FestiveTrends #ChristmasCreativity
