There are some people who hate Mondays. Can you believe it? I, personally, love Monday. I get to help people succeed. I help build visions and watch them become reality. I get to solve problems. I get to teach people how to excel. I realize not everyone can have this Monday but what if your Monday can be just as fun! Here are some tips to make your Monday exciting... and maybe something to look forward to! 1. Understand how your role can help fulfill a purpose. 2. Know your Working Genius and build a Monday schedule that allows you to start there. 3. Listen to 90's Hip Hop loud... wait, that one is mine. But find a music that makes you dance a little.

Wonderful Monday everyone! While my initial thought was, 'This would be a great quote for a Monday...' I then thought, why? What's wrong with Monday? It's just another day. And hopefully, we've had a day or two of rest. What's wrong with Monday? As with most things in life, what's wrong with Monday is us... Or at least our opinion, our attitude toward Monday. Our opinion of something doesn't create reality, only our perception of reality. And in some cases, one's perception couldn't be further from the truth. What better time, what better day, to start anew than Monday? To dive in head first... to make a difference... That's the kind of day we should all look forward to. PURPOSE, MISSION, VISION, VALUES.

Pretty solid message for a Monday! That risk doesn’t have to be earth shattering to make a major impact. The risk might be getting up from your desk at lunch and taking a 45 minute walk when everyone else just works through at their desk. It might be joining the running club at risk of being the worst one there. It might be downloading a mediation app or starting a gratitude journal at risk of feeling a bit uncomfortable. It might be taking a month off the booze at the risk of your mates not liking it. It might be a more substantial risk like looking at the job market and finding yourself in an interview process for a job you really want. It might be the risk of revisiting getting your qualifications done at risk of failing or not feeling you have the time. It might be the risk of having that meeting with your boss to tell them you need more challenge, clearer progression or more dollar. Risks tend to lead to reward more than demise. Ironically even if you fail it’s likely to be a massive win and learn. Happy Monday!!! ❤️

💡 How to Beat the Monday Blues (Because it’s so easy, right?): 💯 Start Small: Sure, ticking off "open laptop" from your to-do list is a huge accomplishment. Bask in that glory before tackling anything that actually matters. 🙄 💯Plan Ahead: Because, of course, everyone has the energy on a Friday to think about Monday. Totally realistic. 🥴 💯Find a Monday Ritual: Whether it’s blasting your “I hate Mondays” playlist, stress-eating leftover pizza, or pretending coffee is a magic potion, pick your poison. 🤯 💯Be Kind to Yourself: Translation: Do the bare minimum and call it “self-care.” Who needs to be productive anyway? Hah! 😋 Now go forth and conquer Monday... or at least survive it. 😏

Preparation is the separation. How did your Monday start? Had you already mapped out your priorities? Had you already determined the first thing you'd tackle? Had you already prepared your calendar? Had you already framed up how you wanted to show up today and throughout the week? Had you properly slept and fueled your body? Had you defined a stretch goals for the week? If not, determine why? What specifically prevented you from being able to answer yes to all those questions? The answers become the things to address. And it's not just a Monday set of questions, it needs to be a continuous focus. Get better around what you can control, and see the difference it makes over time. Happy Monday!!!

Monday is a refresher. Here are five things I personally do; let me know what your rituals are. First, I start by looking at my goals for the year to realign with my objectives. Reading those gives you so much perspective; if you don't have them, consider writing them. Second, I set my weekly targets and lock in what I need to accomplish, thinking in parallel if those align with my overall targets. Third, I review my emails to ensure that I reply and put the ball in my counterparts' court. Fourth, I prepare my coffee, and yes, I have the best coffee machine. I will share it with you in future posts. Fifth, I take 5 minutes to manifest and visualize what I want. I literally go into detail with my manifestations, focusing on the smallest details in my visualization. Trust me, it works. Tell me your rituals, and have a great Monday.

Ditch the Monday Blues Monday means that the wind down to the weekend has already begun! Yay!😊 Let me start your week with three motivational nuggets. Why 3? Simple. Comms people love the rule of three. When things come in threes, they’re funnier, more memorable and more effective. Lots of phrases and slogans are structured in three. So, ‘stop, look and listen’ up (see what I did there?) as I give you… · one motivational quote · one uplifting song – your earworm today, and · one positive thing you can do to bring a moment of joy into your Monday (or this week). 📢 Quote: “Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill 🎵 Song: “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” Justin Timberlake 😀 Positive thing: Send a text to a friend, colleague or family member telling them how much you appreciate them. Or show your dog how much you appreciate them by making them a Pup-uccino to go! Share your Monday Motivation – a quote, a song or a moment of joy. Have a brilliant week. You've got this. 👊 #positivity #internalcommunication #mondaymotivation Alt text: photos shows my cocker spaniel dog devouring a pup-uccino , also known as squirty cream in a cup. She has the cream all around her mouth.

🫠 Day 15 - What are you moaning about? Yes, Monday or as I like to refer to it “Moanday” brings with it a general negative feeling to it. But Why? Monday also signals the start of a new week, of new possibilities. Is it that we have already decided that Monday will be bad? Is it that what you are spending your time on isn’t bringing you joy? Is it that everyone around you is moaning about Monday and you haven’t stopped to ask the question, is it bad for me too? I have just completed planning my day ahead. This is an important step to ensuring a great day that just happens to be called Monday. How are you planning to turn the negative slant on Monday in your favor?

Make your future self proud. Don’t make leave it for Monday. I bet you’ve had thoughts come to your head of something you need to do and just said to yourself “oh I’ll sort it out on Monday”. I’ve done this SO many times, it happens. But why are you waiting for Monday? What’s so special about Monday? NOTHING. Productive procrastination to make yourself feel better. I say: 1. Write it down 2. Build a plan around it 3. Set clear expectations 4. Put it into the calendar 5. Shoot for the stars, settle for nothing less What are your thoughts?

Am I too late for Monday motivation? Absolutely not. It's 2 PM in the afternoon somewhere, and someone might just be starting to feel those Monday blues creeping in. Motivation, like energy, can ebb and flow throughout the day. But let's not let a day of the week dictate our drive. Remember, every day is a fresh canvas. It's an opportunity to redefine success, to innovate, and to lead. Let's channel that Monday energy into focused action. Start by identifying your most critical task. Break it down into smaller, achievable steps. Celebrate small wins. And most importantly, surround yourself with a team that shares your vision and passion. This collective energy can be the ultimate antidote to any Monday slump. Let’s make this Monday count! #monday #motivation
