9moI would also add: after doing your initial research about who you are presenting to make sure that what it is you are offering addresses how it will solve the investor’s problems profitably. For example instead of saying “it solves the problem that exists in the marketplace by doing A, B, & C” say “it will solve your problem of generating an ROI by hitting financial milestones X, Y, & Z along with working with a team that has the track record of covering the downside and mitigating risk”
