🔔 Journalists' accreditation for MSPO2024 has commenced ❕ This year’s International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO promises to be hugely spectacular. Media representatives who want to take part in the 32nd International Defence Industry Exhibition are now offered the chance to use the online accreditation. For years, the annual International Defence Industry Exhibition, one of Europe’s most prominent events, has generated an avid interest in the media from all corners of the world. In 2023, the expo hosted 444 press representatives from 14 countries. For four days, the Kielce Expo marked its presence in the most important media shows, broadcasts and top press titles. We would like to remind you that the press pass the journalist receives at the e-mail address should be printed and placed in a visible place while visiting the expo grounds. The Innovation Policy Lab, a joint initiative by ELF and FNF Europe taking place in Brussels, was a great experience and opportunity to learn new perspectives and add some of mine on the possible trajectories of the European Future in multiple areas. I was part of the group working around Security, Defence, and Resilience as the basis of Europe 2029: A How-to Guide for EU Policymakers and Global Europe: A Handbook for EU Policymakers which will be published when the new European Parliament takes office.

🌐 Europe is undergoing a rapid digital transformation. Cyberattacks and other threats in cyberspace are closely correlated with geopolitical developments. We cannot tackle these issues without cooperation between the private and public sectors. 🔴🌐 In the panel discussion "Dual-use technologies – civil-defence cooperation in cyberspace," speakers addressed the differences and commonalities between these sectors and shared recommendations to bridge the gap between them, aiming to improve the process of building a safe cyberspace. The insights were shared by: 🔹 David Antunes – Cyber Defence Programme Manager, European Defence Agency 🔹 Jonas Cederlöf – Policy Officer, DG DEFIS, European Commission 🔹 col.
