This won't cost you a penny but can make a huge difference! Here’s what to do: Declutter Deeply: Don’t just get rid of a few items. Aim to donate, throw away, or pack up about 50% of your belongings. Depersonalize: Pack away taste-specific items that may not appeal to everyone. This includes collections like china dolls or thimble collections lol!!, as well as religious artifacts and family photos. Your home should be spacious, clutter-free, light, and neutral to appeal to the widest range of buyers.
