We just got three inches of snow today - 3 weeks before the start of winter. Melting here, your roofing guy. I, we woke up today and the, the snow was in the ground and I don't think like anybody knew that there's no one's going to be on the ground today, you know, and we like to be 12, about 3 weeks out from the winter, you know, and it's the last few weeks to the fall, right? Three weeks out from the winter and I don't know. How much more I can emphasize on these, but if you have not have your roof checked on the fall, right? Those are the, the, the, the signs that for me that you're going to have more work to do in the spring, right? And once you don't have what you have is, you know, like this on the on the ground, which is, I don't know, maybe 2 inches of snow. And that early in the season that that that's a sign that might have a a rough a rough winter, you know, but you never know what these storms anyways, you know, but I'm just saying that if you haven't had your roof check, if you haven't you, you know, your vents, you're siding all expect your gutters, you know, extremely important. Maybe that's the time that you are you should give me a holler and, you know, put in a schedule, you know, and I hope we have like a sum in a couple of days. That it's gonna melt all the snow, you know, so that we can put a ladder on your roof and check your roof. Melvin here, your roofing guy. Be safe out there, guys.

Did you know… Flat roofs are not totally flat…. Yup! For proper water runoff, they are actually sloped at just under 1° of a slope angle. Around .72° to be exact. 😄 #roofing #contractor #albanyny
