Did you get a chance to read The Sunday Times Ireland yesterday? Sandra O'Connell wrote a very interesting piece about the value Fractional Executives can bring to SMEs. I was delighted to be able to contribute my two cents worth to the article (many thanks Sandra 🙏) and spoke about how using a Fractional CMO - in my case - gives SMEs access to C-Suite expertise and experience without a high, full-time price tag. I also spoke about how having a senior resource working with an in-house team can add not only structure and focus to that team, but can also provide the mentoring and support needed to help team members progress on their career journeys.
