It didn't exist 😔 so we've built it 😃 🤝 Synnch Timesheets is the creation from immersive collaboration between Synnch and over 15 R&D Tax stakeholders 🤝 Our Timesheet "Product Launch Committee": ✍️co-created system and design requirements ✍️ 👷Helped build Timesheet prototypes 👷 🏗️ Completed numerous feedback loops 🏗️ 🏫 Have final approval of the Development and Release🏫 Synnch Timesheets a true industry collaboration. The Product is launching soon and will be the first timesheet tool for R&D Teams and their advisors to contribute directly to the Government Funding designed to accelerate their innovation 🚀! Hey, hey! It's Friday! How's your timesheets? All updated? How about having a customizable system you can rely on to "remind" you not to fall behind? I've discovered a simple, effective solution. It includes workflow, so I can apply for leave and plan ahead. At the same time, I can update any disbursements and even get feedback on the progress towards payment! I can review and link assignments on a weekly or monthly basis and track every activity from anywhere, at any time... So, I ask again. How's your timesheets? If it's not perfect, you may want to try something new and brilliant, KEY360. The time is now...

Timesheets suck. Two good pieces out this week about them. Kerry McKibbin's piece in ADWEEK makes some key points: * Time and value aren’t the same. * Time is just one input in determining what you charge; pricing is as much art as science. * You should manage “scope creep” by deliverables, not hours. * Manage workload by, you know, TALKING to you people, not using timesheets as a stick. * Overhead and profit need to be budgeted against forecast revenue. (36 hours vs. 47 hours for a client shouldn’t matter as much as overall profitability.) * Timesheet reporting is flawed (and often dishonest.) * Scoping based on hours and rate cards means you’ll be working for the lowest rate and the fewest hours. It’s a race to the bottom. Focus on what matters: the work, not the spreadsheet.
