We’ve all had emotions bubble up when things don’t go our way. Humans have emotions - nothing wrong with that. But we don’t have to have the adult equivalent of a “terrible two moment” just because things don’t go our way. You don’t have to make bad choices because of what happened to you, what someone said to you, or what happened in the past. Your response to what happens is more important than what happens. Realize that you can choose. And, then choose wisely. #keepclimbing
