Our Internship Project Was Presented at the UN General Assembly Today!!! This summer, I had the opportunity to work as a Data Science intern at SuperHumanRace, contributing to a project focused on improving maternal health in rural areas. The project achieved: 1. Personalized Recommendations for Doctors: Using Gen AI and machine learning, the app generates tailored recommendations based on each patient's medical condition and risk factors, improving the quality of maternal care. 2. High-Risk Pregnancy Detection: In its pilot phase, the app accurately identified over 95% of high-risk pregnancy cases in real-time, enabling timely interventions. 3. Actionable Health Insights: The app provides AI-enabled suggestions, linking information to specific actions such as recommended supplements, medications, and tests, aimed at reducing preventable deaths during pregnancy and childbirth. Today, I’m proud to share that this project was presented as one of the 9 case studies at the United Nations General Assembly Leaders Summit! Grateful for the opportunity to be a part in this impactful work, and a big thank you to Gagandeep Bhullar, CEO of SuperHumanRace, for the guidance and support. This experience has fueled my passion for leveraging data science to drive mission-led, impact-driven solutions. Excited to keep building and learning! #DataScience #AIforGood #MaternalHealth #UNGA #Impact
I am bursting with pride as I share this update. The remarkable team at SuperHumanRace received the ultimate recognition for building technology to drive transformation at the Leaders Summit during #UNGA this year! SuperHumanRace rubbed shoulders with giants like Microsoft, SAP, Unilever, Salesforce, Siemens & Accenture to earn place of pride as the first among 9 case studies on the use of #GenAI to advance sustainable development. Our Deep Data module covered in the case study, integrates intelligence with rapid analysis and contextual insights, helping solve a broad spectrum of problems using AI-suggested data models. From tracing & reducing Scope 3 emissions to calculating the dynamic price of carbon and predicting high-risk pregnancies in rural India, our models are solving for accelerated impact with data! Recognising the leaders at SuperHumanRace who coax insights and stories out of our deep data module - Mukul Rawat, Saswati Pradhan, Ateeb Hafeez Manal Qureshi & Insha Rupani. I also want to acknowledge the passion and hard work of our young rock stars who worked on the specific intervention in the report: Anjali Parashar, Isha Tambakuwala & Arya Solur. Special thanks to the leadership at #UNGC & #Accenture and the team that worked tirelessly across time zones and use-cases, to bring these insights to light. LinkedIn and SHRM India came together on March 6th, for the Chapter II of HR Leaders Collective focusing on the BFSI sector in our very own Mumbai; The Financial Capital of India. A big thank you to the leaders who joined us. Your engagement and insights have not only inspired but also set the gears in motion towards a transformative future. As we navigated the #FutureOfTalent and discussed how #SkillsAndAI are reshaping the #BFSI sector. Here are some key takeaways and gratitude for our insightful speakers: 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀: 🔺 69 million new jobs by 2027, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning specialties. 🔺 AI’s impact on jobs: 55% of LinkedIn's members' roles will be affected by Generative AI. 🔺 Data & Talent Insights: The critical role of data in sculpting robust talent investments. 🔺 Women hold 42% of all jobs – yet they only make up 25% of C-suite positions, financial services present the toughest conditions for aspiring female leaders, with a ratio of C-Suite to entry-level representation of less than 50%. (As per WEF The Global Gender Gap Score in 2023). 🔺 A skills-first approach can help improve women's participation by over 30 % globally and 29% in India as per LinkedIn data. 🔺 Green Transition is not a trend, but a transformation in how we do business. We are extremely grateful to Shri Om prakash Mishra for being a part of this event and sharing SBI’s Talent Journey and to Jyoti Dadlani and Varun Mathur for their eye-opening industry-specific insights & impeccably moderating the group discussion Let’s continue to learn, innovate, and lead the charge into a future where #AI meets human ingenuity in the BFSI sector. #BFSIHRLeaders #TalentJourney #HRInnovation #Leadership #GenderDiversity #Upskilling Ruchee Anand | Prasanna Gururajan Rao | Shakti Shrivastava | Gauri Das | Priyanka Dalvi | Upasna Saboo | Padmaja Singh Arya | Vasundhra Paruelekar | Priya Mhambrey | Sandeep Das | Abhishek Gupta | Devi Maheshwari | Manoj Kumar Chaudhary | Swapna Varun (She/Her) | Achal Khanna | Apurv Amanesh I Ashissh Kaul I Dedeepya (Dedu) Ajith John I Gaurav Bansal I Jasdev Ahuja I Kirat Dhillon I Nishith Upadhyaya I Neeraj Deginal I Surajit Bit | Devansh Banati, SHRM - CP, SHRM - PMQ
