However, despite their success, they miss all that buildup with one line: ‘Reasons to buy a car have changed.’ And introduce a mundane product—another SUV that looks like all the rest. It’s similar to someone offering compliments only to undermine them with a ‘but’—they cancel out all the goodwill they’ve built. Instead, they should affirm: ‘Reasons to buy a car haven’t changed’.
