Hello LinkedIn Family, I have completed 4 weeks of my summer internship at BMW and I feel grateful for this promising opportunity. These are my top 4 Learnings from my 4 weeks of summer internship!! !! ✔️ Understanding Company Culture: I dedicated time to closely observe and understand our company's culture, including how people interact and align with our values and work approaches. ✔️ Asking Questions: Throughout my first four weeks, I actively sought clarification by asking questions whenever I encountered uncertainty. I didn't differentiate between big or small doubts, consistently seeking clarification from my team until I gained clarity. ✔️ Building Relationships: I prioritized building connections not only within my team but also across different departments.I made efforts to network with colleagues from various lines of business. ✔️ Learning from Feedback: I embrace feedback and view it as an opportunity for growth. Each feedback session becomes a chance for me to improve in areas where I may be weaker, consistently striving for progress.

It brings me immense joy to share that I have successfully completed my one-month internship in the field of Electric Vehicles. The journey was far from easy—it began amidst personal challenges, including the loss of a family member and a brief hospitalization. These experiences tested my resilience, but they also became a turning point. During this time, I discovered SkillDzire , which gave me the opportunity to take my first step into the fascinating world of automobiles. Starting from scratch, this internship introduced me to the intricacies of the Electric Vehicles domain. What excites me most about this field is the journey from research and development to creating industry-ready vehicles. It’s a collaborative process that brings people together to share ideas, efforts, risks, and even failures—all essential ingredients for innovation and growth. My aspiration is to channel my strengths and capabilities into contributing meaningfully to the automobile industry. This internship may be just the beginning, but it has paved the way for me to pursue my passion and invest deeply in this dynamic sector.
