As a general rule of thumb (not an absolute), you get what you pay for when it comes to talent. One bad decision by a below average estimator, PM or field manager can cost you tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars! Are you sure that your compensation (base, bonus & benefits) is attracting and retaining the best talent? An A+ field manager is worth their weight in gold these days! Take care of these people well or someone else will.
