@facebook @meta my FB account was #hijacked then #disabled probably by AI leaving me no recourse for recovery! It was under mrsoler@hotmail.com (it was through hacking that account that my FB password was changed). Please, I have many years of #memories, all my #friends and #family, my #business page, and groups that I #moderate that I am locked out of! Please consider connecting me with a #human being to help me get my account back!
AI is NOT the future - well not for Meta it seems 🙄 I recently had my Facebook account mega hacked - and the Meta-Bots couldn’t figure out I’d been hacked despite 1) the same Australian email the account I had for 15 years suddenly changing to one from Switzerland routed through Melbourne and the mobile number changing to one in Nigeria routed through London 2) quiet literally dozens and dozens of my contacts reporting the fraudulent activity within 24 hours of the change (fraudulent activity that continues, I’ve been contacted in the last 24 hrs by 4 contacts - 2 have been hacked and 2 were onto it) The AI Meta-Bots are unable to even join the dots on such an obvious hacking!!! My only conclusion is perhaps there is a significant revenue stream in letting hackers have their way with our socials 🤷🏻♂️ because the organisation certainly isn’t interested in combating fraudulent activity!!! I went through a significant health issue from 2020-2022 and I received a lot of love and encouragement via my Facebook during that journey - all that love is now lost and in the hands of hackers thanks to Meta & Facebooks inaction or inability to act!!! They are also impossible to contact for assistance in this situation - useless!
What is truly challenging is the "monster" that Facebook has become, to the point that they have closed all possibility of assistance when it comes to account recovery. It is very uncomfortable and disappointing to experience first-hand how the "company" steals your data and then (despite password changes and other options) does not allow you to re-enter your regular account. Sending an email to Support has been of no use and let's add to this that they do not have any representation in Spain. Thus, there is no choice but to file a complaint with the Data Protection Agency.
Our company settles invoices monthly, but there is no sales representative to guide us. We spend 2 to 3 million US dollars every month. When we encounter problems, Meta kicks us back and forth between various departments. Maybe 2 to 3 million US dollars is a very small amount. Few, but if someone helps us spend more than 5 million US dollars a month on advertising, we suspect that our area is monopolized by large companies and Meta employees in the past and refuses to allow us to grow!
Speaking of challenging problems; Meta …. It’s a shame that your company doesn’t take user data security more seriously when it comes to hackers taking over users’ profiles and exposing their personal data to hackers. My FB account got hacked into on 8/14/24. Been a happy member since 2009. And loved everything about FB and Meta. Sucks to learn, that when our options and resources are so limited; there’s no personnel to help. Your “helpful guide tools” only help so much. But, when hackers change our emails and passwords and lock us out; ths guides you post are useless. There are pages online of FB users who are as outraged and exhausted as I am. You make it so easy for not only for hackers to lock us out, but you make it easy for them to stay logged into our accounts. For every user you have on Facebook; you should have IT people to help. And, not AI. I’m tired of going around and rounds in circles. Meanwhile these hackers are making posts that look like they are coming from me. I do not want to close this account. My Instagram business account was disabled for no reason. I have pending orders that has been paid for and there’s no way I can reach my customer if I don’t get my Instagram account back.
Meta I want to buy FB ads for my small business, but recently my personal account, along with my business account, was taken down, and I haven't heard back from appeals@fb.com. I wanted to buy ads to advertise my small business as a Notary Public. I have e-mails saying that I need to complete the appeal process, but when I log in FB, it says that I had completed the appeals process?

Malgré des centaines d'essais de récupération de mon compte, je ne parviens pas à le récupérer!!! Les codes de sécurité reçus par mail ne fonctionnent jamais et je suis bloquée à cette étape. Impossible de joindre facebook! Comment une telle entreprise peut-elle laisser ses abonnés face à un tel problème ???!!!
Hello, I really need help getting back into my Facebook. I don't understand why you punish the good people for doing nothing wrong and let the bad people that have obviously hacked my account get away with it. The customer service is horrible. I've been a user for 15 years and you just disable me and won't let me even try to appeal it since it wasn't me? I got Meta Verified with Instagram just to get a hold of anyone and that was worthless. This is crazy.

6moFor the past month, I've been trying hard to get back control of my verified Facebook page, which got hacked by people in Vietnam. Sadly, despite many tries, Meta's team hasn't fixed it yet. This has left me feeling desperate because I can't get my page back. I'm really disappointed with how Meta's team has handled this. And it's not just me having issues. There are lots of reports about scammers pretending to be Meta, mostly from Vietnam. They're stealing verified pages and using them for shady deals. The real support team at Meta doesn't seem to be listening to our requests or paying attention to the information we're giving them. It feels like they're just not very good at dealing with this problem, which is worrying for everyone involved. You cannot treat your customers like this and hire such incompetent and ineffective cybersecurity firms. Please, do something about it!
