One meal won’t ruin your progress, just like one workout doesn’t make you shredded. 🦴 Eat the food. 🙏 Savor the moments. 💥 Be mindful, but don’t overthink. Tips for a guilt-free Thanksgiving: 1️⃣ Focus on protein first – Load up on turkey or ham before diving into the sides. 2️⃣ Eat slowly – Enjoy each bite and listen to your hunger cues. 3️⃣ Stay hydrated – Water helps with digestion and keeps you feeling great. 4️⃣ Stay active – Go for a walk, play football, or hit a quick workout if you have time.
