Yulia Sadovnikova is on point with her outstanding statement. On the one hand, market research is essential for a professional value proposition. 💁🏼 On the other hand, market research requires dedication, a fundamental understanding of the digital economy and self-critical awareness of the relevant domain. Rapidly advancing markets can be surprisingly fragmented. They make it challenging to compile AND contextualize a comprehensive list of existing solutions. The consequences we witness daily: - Key opinion leaders and media outlets shape the public opinion based on potentially incomplete market knowledge - Entrepreneurs (and developers) *sell* their ambitions as valuable instead of *integrating* them in global context - Venture capital investors have come to rely more on trust than on comprehensive market analysis 🃏 Collaboration sparks new insights. It forges new friendships. It multiplies our expertise. Let's connect to build the future together.

"There's too much competition in AI communities" That's what everyone told me 6 months ago. They were wrong. Here's what I learned building an AI community from zero: 1. Start With a Gap, Not an Idea → Don't build another generic AI group → Find the intersection others miss → Focus on solving real problems 2. Authenticity Beats Algorithm → People join for content → They stay for conversations → They evangelize for connection 3. The 1-9-90 Rule Works → 1% will create → 9% will contribute → 90% will consume → Design for all three Building a community isn't about numbers. It's about creating a space where people belong. The best communities don't chase trends. They create them. Remember, the best time to build a community was yesterday. The second best time is now.
