#EverQuest and EverQuest II end their anniversary year with a pair of new expansions Darkpaw Games, a studio under Daybreak Game Company LLC , caps off EverQuest’s 25th anniversary year and EverQuest II’s 20th anniversary year with the release of two major expansions. EverQuest’s 31st expansion, The Outer Brood, was released on December 3rd. In the new expansion, players get to confront an unprecedented threat as colossal dragons and a mysterious magical force surround a massive creature in the skies above Norrath. 🎮✨ 2024 is a wrap for Allstar! ✨🎮 As we wind down into "Low Power Mode" for the holidays, I had to check out my Allstar.gg Reloaded year-end wrap. Naturally, I compared them to the absolute juggernaut John DeHart. Here’s how I stacked up—and honestly, I’m pretty proud of my “rookie numbers”! 😂 John DeHart's Stats vs. My rookie numbers: * Total Views: 105,029 vs. 66 Let’s just say I’m feeling like a mini celebrity here. 🌟 * Hours of Watch Time: 507 hours vs. 17 minutes They’ll get there… one TikTok-length clip at a time. 😉 * Total Reactions: 81,974 vs. 0 Not everyone can handle the pressure of being a social media darling. 🫠 Allstar Saved Us: * GB of Storage: 20.33 vs. 0.49 Looks like he saved an entire hard drive, while I saved enough for one blurry meme. 🖼️😂 * Hours of Editing: 11,159 vs. 82 One of us was grinding... or would have been grinding... This much snark is breaking my literary ceiling. * Frames from Dropping: 3,232,440 vs. 67,680 Shoutout to us for doing our part to keep those frames safe! 2024 was a big year, but 2025 is going to be even better. 🎮 Now that we’ve discussed our team, and our vision, it is time to present to you our products, leading with Cooperative PVE third-person shooter Tembazar. With the definition of the product concept towards the PVE component and the transition to the new UE5 engine, we have achieved good results. Inspired by games such as Helldivers 2, we have finished most of the basic mechanics necessary for a shooter, including Character movement, aiming, shooting, enemies with their AI, and much more. 💻 Here’s what our developers have been working on, to make your gaming experience with Sidus Heroes smoother and more enjoyable! - We’re busy with Character development, and fine-tuning the animation cycles for them.   - Sidus devs are also redefining the concepts of enemies and moving on to the implementation stage, seasoning all that with an AI for enemies. We are now planning to introduce not only ground enemies but also flying ones. - Completed the execution of the weapon system, including different recoil, shooting patterns, and reloading mechanics. - We plan to polish the map and refine the ART part (fortunately, UE5 allows us to do this quickly). - Refining game Characters (Cyborgs) to the level of UE5, including implementing the mechanics of losing and replacing limbs of our cyborgs. https://lnkd.in/eTpqYjbf
