During the last month, we hosted a three weeks gaming event in collaboration with Linea Chain by Consensys, bringing together both gamers, crypto owners, traders and 35 Web3 communities. The Uptober Game Fest proved to be a powerful engagement tool, creating hype, boosting visibility and connecting communities. 📊 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS ✔️ 23,770 game sessions played ✔️ +82K transactions processed on Linea ✔️ +7,2K social quests completed ⚔️ $7K+ STAKED IN THE MEME FIGHT WEEK During the second week, Uptober Game Fest introduced the Meme Fight, our new format merging DeFi, gaming and memecoins. Over 200 players participated, with $7K+ staked across two competing meme token pools. This innovative fusion not only amplified the competition but also showcased the potential of combining prediction logics with gaming. Token2049 was a major success 🎇 - 20000+ attendees - 400+ exhibitors - 800+ side events Here are three key takeaways for Chronos Worlds & Sphere Studios from the world’s largest crypto event: 💡High-quality games take time  The most hyped games, including Maple Story Universe and Off the Grid, took the traditional game development route that takes longer, builds behind the scenes, and releases information only closer to launch. 💡Taking advantage of IP games IP games like Ragnarok, Loki, and Maple Story already have established fanbases of massive communities that can be leveraged to introduce Web2 gamers to decentralized gaming, asset ownership, and drive engagement. 💡Gaming opportunities in new markets  Both the Middle East and Asian countries are largely untapped for Web3 gaming despite having large loyal gaming communities and supportive regulatory environments.
