5dAs someone who recently went through a job search, I didn’t like it and never consented when asked. Many recruiters talk about making a “personal connection” during the interview process but there is something very impersonal about what I’m saying being fed (and saved) to a ML model for summarization. Its almost like having an AI note taker on a first date so you can review afterwards to determine whether you should go on a second date.
