Whether you are new to this framework or already deeply familiar, you can expect to leave feeling informed, inspired, and ready to take action.. Big change starts with local action. Alongside the National Co-production Advisory Group, we partnered with One Halton to reimagine how care and support works in Halton. The result? Halton’s first ever Co-production Charter, a blueprint for putting people with lived experience at the heart of the decisions that shape their lives. Through interactive workshops, we brought together local people, advocacy groups, practitioners, and leaders. Together, we explored what co-production means in practice, from shared values to practical tools for making a real difference. And this is just the beginning. How Partnership Enables our Success This week is Integrity Week at Alnylam, a week we dedicate to celebrating and advancing our culture of integrity. Integrity in Action is reminding ourselves that how we get things done is just as important as what we are trying to achieve. Alnylam-ites accept the challenge every day of advancing our therapies to patients with unmet needs. This privilege is one that should never be taken for granted. To achieve our ambitious goals, we all need to work together across the enterprise and across functions as one team, with one mission, and with patients in mind. We had the opportunity to serve our communities in the spaces that made most sense to them to maximize impact. Home is a key place to deliver support and programming and we did that for children and caregivers through our research backed, educational, and entertaining TV show. Community and the collective spaces we share, like health centers and preschools, were amazing collaborative spaces to deliver and iterate on our interventions. Working in partnership with national and regional organizations, ministries, and systems, we were able to reach more through the scaling of our programs into the everyday lives of children and caregivers. Globally we also were able to advocate for the needs of children and amplify the learnings from the program to highlight that media is a powerful learning resources for children in crisis contexts, combining mass media with ECD services is proven to be impactful, and in crisis contexts, caregivers, regardless of educational background, play a critical role in early education. https://lnkd.in/ewWnAmNv
