[Award 🏆] And the winners are… Two of the Group’s solutions won awards during the 2024 Innovation Awards Ceremony, an event organized by Le Moniteur and the Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics to recognize innovative projects carried out by companies in the field of public works. Our CEO Pierre Vanstoflegatte attended this awards ceremony, which was part of the Paris INTERMAT trade show dedicated to sustainable construction solutions and technologies. 🏅 Construction Site Organization and Logistics Award: Fluidéo Our solution Fluidéo was designed to optimize urban mobility and logistics for construction projects in the Athletes Village, located just to the north of Paris. This tailor-made, digital service, implemented by the Société de Livraison des Ouvrages Olympiques - SOLIDEO, helped both improve public acceptance of the construction sites and reduce their impact on public spaces. By regulating "last mile" logistic flows, Fluidéo assisted companies involved in the construction projects to organize “just-in-time” delivery flows and lowered the projects’ carbon footprint. 🏅 Circular Economy Award: Easycold R+ In northern France, our teams made their mark at the heart of a new wind farm that produces enough electricity to power nearly 36,000 households. These teams connected the farm’s various wind turbines using roads with a reduced carbon footprint, thanks to the circular economy. Easycold R+, the asphalt mix chosen to surface 14,500 m² (about 150,000 ft²) of pavement at this site, is produced at an ambient temperature and incorporates 90% Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP). These major benefits both save energy and, when compared to similar asphalt mixes, have a 50% lower carbon footprint. #ColasDares #WeActForInnovation #WeOpenTheWay
