To develop a well working team environment, one must let go of their own individual identity. Become the identity of the team; what the team identifies as, is what you all identify as. What does your team identify as?

How many tips can we squeeze in one tip? I did my best :) Because as a group psychotherapist, I know how groups have everything that their members need. We are all auxiliary egos for each other, and the question is: Can we play together? Thanks to Dr. Franz for having me in this episode. I always learn a lot from Tim, and I think the way we collaborate or co-create each time is a great example of how our strengths and weaknesses come together to achieve our superordinate goals as a team 😍

As an aspiring Business Analyst, key skills to focus on include critical thinking, decision-making, and communication. Additionally, proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence, and understanding stakeholder requirements are crucial.

When creativity and effort come together, they always produce outstanding results.

In today’s competitive news environment, we know that success often depends on figuring out ways to capture attention through new opportunities and ideas. But in order to do that, your team needs to feel comfortable experimenting, being open to “bad” ideas, and embracing them as part of the process that gets you one step closer to a great new approach. A good first step: suggest the first bad idea and laugh at it- show others it’s OK to do the same.

Congratulations to these 10 awesome finalists from the lot of 65 applications that we received for this year's "Pitches2B*tches" pitch competition-- everyone who applied had fantastic ideas, and are clearly working their tails off to get turn those ideas into a brand new business. These 10 spectacular female and female-identified founders are hatching up some of the most interesting business ideas I have heard in a long time. I am so stoked to hear their preliminary pitches as we narrow the group even further before the "live" pitch round at the end of this month. The 10 semifinalists are in the post below, if you're following along. I can't wait to hear more about these companies from these mind-bogglingly smart women founders! Check them out below if you're into angel investing, as you might want to do some diligence and contact them about opportunities (after the competition, of course).
