Honored to have been interviewed by an MS student from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) for her thesis on "Exploring Career Practitioners' Experiences in Virtual Career Guidance Provision." It's always exciting to share insights on the challenges and opportunities of providing virtual career counseling in today's rapidly evolving landscape. 🌍 We explored how virtual career guidance can open doors for individuals from underrepresented regions like KPK and Balochistan, giving them access to opportunities previously out of reach. I felt pretty great after participating in a career guidance session organized by Top CV in cooperation with BUV. Through this career orientation session, I learned what employers need when recruiting employees. In addition, I also learned some ways to make CVs that are interesting to employers and some famous companies that are recruiting interns in the field of marketing.
