How do I see the work of my team 🤔? This was the task we were given in our offsite meeting by Luboš Malý and LEGO serious play was the tool. This is the result for my People experience and branding team, which is responsible for employer branding and internal communication in Notino: We need to have a good overview and see the bigger picture (hence the pillars). We are showing internally and externally what is going on and informing about the situation (hence the traffic light 🚦). Our work is well-crafted (hence the workers 🦺). We are here to show our milestones and successes and organize events to celebrate them (birthday cake and trophy 🏆). We want all colleagues who live by Notino values to feel included and appreciated (different figures ⛑️). And last, but not least: I want us to have fun and enjoy our work (hence the bar and monkey 😁). I hope my wonderful team would see it the same way: Kateřina Grabcová, Adriána Oboňová, Aneta Mudrochová, Klára Danková 😉 This was my first encounter with LEGO serious play and I loved it ❤️. It really enabled me to connect with the creative part of my brain and think differently about the task. Without seeing the monkey there, I wouldn’t think of how important it is to enjoy the work and have fun and I wouldn’t put it on the regular written list. So, have a nice Monday at work, and don’t forget to have some fun 😉

I came across an intriguing recent survey 📊 conducted by Germany’s retail association, #HDE Handelsverband Deutschland e.V. (HDE). 💶 Approximately 15% of respondents plan to spend money on Halloween this year, which is an increase compared to previous years. 👻 Costumes, food, decorations, and cosmetics are among the most sought-after items. 🥘 This is expected to generate over 540 million EUR in revenue for the retail sector.
