I have completed an advanced simulation of the assembly for a 5-ton gantry crane to verify the structural frame provided by the customer. In the simulation, I utilized a dynamic to static analysis approach. This method allows us to capture both the direction and action/reaction forces, closely mirroring real-world conditions based on the kinematics and dynamics of the design.
