#AutoImmunity #mRNADiseases AWARE !... Increase of auto-immune diseases in all world in 2024 https://lnkd.in/dKQMN5BK. Whithout antivax or conspirationism theories should legitimaly post questions : Some answers : 1 ° ) Genetics expose some people to auto-immune disease depends of HLA system especially HLA DRA2 , this system naturally protect against severe forms of COVID-19 https://lnkd.in/dJHncnzT https://lnkd.in/dy6ZW68Q. HLA-DR has been linked to aberrant presentation of self-peptide to autoreactive T helper cells in the thymus22, and genetic polymorphisms in the HLA-DRB1 gene are associated with a range of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus type I or systemic lupus erythematosus2 2° ) Should was necesseraly inject those mRNA toward young people ? In this study more of 20% young people received mRNA anti-SARS-CoV-2 had auto-antibodies https://lnkd.in/dci7DQMY You can link or not
uh huh. And perhaps someone from the NHC could provide a fellowship trained and board certified rheumatologist to discuss the evidence behind this claim?

4moFrom UPTODATE There is a theoretical concern that the immune response to vaccination may induce autoimmune disease exacerbations. However, limited available evidence suggests that administering vaccines does not augment disease activity among patients with AIIRD [40,41,45,85-90]. As an example, in a cohort study of 48 patients with dermatomyositis/polymyositis, no change in disease activity was detected following influenza vaccination either by patients or their treating physicians [87]. Serious adverse events and seroconversion rates were similar when comparing dermatomyositis/polymyositis patients with healthy controls. In another study evaluating the effects of influenza vaccination on 36 patients with Sjögren's syndrome, there was no significant change in disease course in the year following vaccination when compared with the prior year; however, vaccination was associated with an increase in mean anti-Ro/SSA and anti-La/SSB antibodies during that year. No other changes in autoantibodies were detected [86]. Among patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, no vaccine-related exacerbations were observed in a study evaluating the quadrivalent human papillomavirus vaccine and the hepatitis B virus vaccine [85,88].
