People are the backbone of success in any organization. They bring unique gifts and talents that should be celebrated. Whether it's a new program, template, or mantra, it's ultimately the people who make the difference. One of my brothers struggled with self-worth, but he found a way to celebrate his unique talents and abilities. He trademarked the phrase "I Am The Best" as a way to remind himself of his worth. Let's all take a moment to celebrate ourselves and the gifts we bring to the table. Whether it's finishing a project or being a friend to someone who needs it, we all have something to be proud of. So, go ahead and try finishing the statement “I Am The Best…”. Celebrate yourself, your team, and all that you bring to the table. Great questions to ask during an interview: How will you measure my success, and how do you celebrate wins in your company? Celebrating successes in business is crucial. When we recognize achievements, it boosts team spirit and makes everyone more productive. From what I’ve seen, acknowledging even small victories goes a long way. It keeps the team happy, keeps clients satisfied, and helps the company make more money. But to celebrate properly, we need to measure success in ways beyond just sales. “Show me how I’m measured, and I will show you how I behave", or perform, in this case. It means people perform based on how you measure their success. I’ve noticed that business owners who are reluctant to celebrate others’ wins or invest in rewards often lack clear measures and accountability in their business. To me, that is a very big, red flag.
