An individual can be beat but a TEAM cannot be beaten!!! When it comes to success in life... We all know people who say s*** like: "I would be successful, but I'm not willing to f*** people over to get ahead." This is a moral justification used by weak people to explain why they aren't where they want to be in life. The notion in society that success can only be achieved by stepping over other people to get what you want is bulls***. In fact, the truth is the exact opposite. You cannot be successful WITHOUT OTHER PEOPLE. Accomplishing anything great in life takes the loyal and dedicated efforts of MANY... NOBODY can do it ALONE. It takes a GREAT TEAM... A great CULTURE... A great COMMUNITY... ...and if you're ever going to create anything worth talking about... First and foremost, you MUST contribute to THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU by providing VALUE... Setting a good example... HOLDING THEM TO A HIGH STANDARD... ...and offering your SUPPORT and APPRECIATION at every opportunity you get. Ditch the idea that you have to f*** people over to get ahead. You can only build something truly amazing when you start contributing to the people around you. Because when you take care of others... They'll take care of you too. 💯💯💯 #TheElliottGroup #ElliottArmy #ElliottForLife #LevelUp #RaiseYourStandards #Accountability

In the daily grind, we often forget that what we do at work makes a difference. Think about who your work impacts? How does it make their lives easier or better? Why do you do what you do? Your Why is your personal mission. It's the reason you get up in the morning. For some of my clients it's growing and developing their team, for others it's having an impact on their product or market and yet others simply want to provide a good life for their families. Consider your mission. How does it contribute to your ability to make a difference? #thoughtleader #bealeader #bealeadernotafollower #leadershipspeaker

People are the backbone of success in any organization. They bring unique gifts and talents that should be celebrated. Whether it's a new program, template, or mantra, it's ultimately the people who make the difference. One of my brothers struggled with self-worth, but he found a way to celebrate his unique talents and abilities. He trademarked the phrase "I Am The Best" as a way to remind himself of his worth. Let's all take a moment to celebrate ourselves and the gifts we bring to the table. Whether it's finishing a project or being a friend to someone who needs it, we all have something to be proud of. So, go ahead and try finishing the statement “I Am The Best…”. Celebrate yourself, your team, and all that you bring to the table. Because at the end of the day, it's the people who make the difference. #CelebrateYourself #TeamSuccess #IAmTheBest

In a world where success is often measured by individual achievements, it's crucial to remember the power of support and encouragement. "Until it's my turn, I will keep clapping for others. It's really that simple." Celebrating others' victories not only fosters a positive environment but also cultivates a mindset of abundance and collaboration. Let's uplift each other on our respective journeys, knowing that success is not a finite resource. Together, we rise. #SupportEachOther #CollaborativeSuccess #TeamSpirit #Empowerment #GratitudeJourney

In our society, there's often a pressure to focus on our own achievements and climb the ladder of success. But what about cheering for the people around us? Success can be contagious. When we celebrate wins (big or small), it creates a positive vibe. People feel motivated by genuine support. Seeing others succeed sparks a little extra fire - it reminds everyone what's possible and keeps them pushing towards their own goals. Sharing the journey fosters collaboration, not competition. We learn from each other's experiences and create a supportive network. Think of it as a team effort - everyone wins when someone reaches a milestone. Celebrating others doesn't take away from your moment. Your turn will come, and when it does, the people you've cheered for will be your biggest cheerleaders. Can we move away from the "me first" mentality. Because ultimately, when one of us succeeds, we all benefit 💎💯 . #SuccessIsContagious #CelebrateWins #SupportEachOther #MotivationMonday #TeamEffort #CollaborationOverCompetition #CheerForOthers #PositiveVibes #TogetherWeRise #CommunitySupport #InspireEachOther #ShareTheJourney #Empowerment #StrengthInUnity #TeamSpirit #GratitudeAttitude #LiftEachOtherUp #WinningTogether #UnityInSuccess #SupportiveNetwork #CheerleadingCommunity #SpreadPositivity #MeFirstMentality #BenefitTogether #SuccessMindset

Great questions to ask during an interview: How will you measure my success, and how do you celebrate wins in your company? Celebrating successes in business is crucial. When we recognize achievements, it boosts team spirit and makes everyone more productive. From what I’ve seen, acknowledging even small victories goes a long way. It keeps the team happy, keeps clients satisfied, and helps the company make more money. But to celebrate properly, we need to measure success in ways beyond just sales. “Show me how I’m measured, and I will show you how I behave", or perform, in this case. It means people perform based on how you measure their success. I’ve noticed that business owners who are reluctant to celebrate others’ wins or invest in rewards often lack clear measures and accountability in their business. To me, that is a very big, red flag. So, again, good questions to ask during an interview: How will you measure my success, and how do you celebrate wins in your company? #BusinessWins #TeamSuccess #PositiveCulture

💡👉 Through teamwork we unlock our full potential Often, we're led to believe in the myth of the solitary achiever — that remarkable individual who, through sheer force of will and talent, climbs to the top unaided. This notion, while compelling, overlooks a fundamental truth: success is seldom a solo expedition. It's the strength, creativity, and support of a talented team that elevates an individual's potential from ordinary to extraordinary. In football, at work and in all aspects of our lives. #PowerofWe #Lifecoach #wellbeingatwork https://lnkd.in/eEtk_tBj
